Who we are
British IPTV TV operates from 3 Simmons Cl, London N20 0TJ. It applies to britishiptvtv.live and to any subscription bought here.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: the phone number you message from and any name you provide.
- Order details: which plan you chose, the start date and the end date.
- Site statistics: anonymous page-visit counts collected through Google Analytics.
We never ask for card numbers and never see them. We do not log what you watch.
Why we collect it
- To create your subscription and send you the login.
- To answer questions and help when something needs fixing.
- To remind you before the plan ends, if you have asked for that.
- To see which pages get read so the site can be improved.
Who else sees it
Nothing is sold, rented or passed on for marketing. Your details reach three suppliers and nobody else: the host, Google Analytics, and the panel that creates your login.
How long we keep it
Order records stay while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so renewals and refunds can be handled. Analytics data is anonymous and expires by itself.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One message on WhatsApp does it. UK GDPR gives you these rights and this policy does not narrow them.
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies to count visits. They do not identify you. Block them in your browser and everything still works.
