Terms of service

The agreement between you and us, written in plain English.

Last updated 2 September 2026

What these terms cover

They apply the moment you buy or use a British IPTV TV subscription. Paying for a plan means you have accepted them.

What you receive

Access to an internet television service for the period paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows. Login details are issued after payment and belong to you alone.

What we ask of you

  • Keep the login private. Sharing it beyond your plan's screen count can end the subscription without a refund.
  • Use the service for personal viewing at home, not for public showing or resale.
  • Do not record, copy or redistribute what the service delivers.
  • Give contact details that work, so the subscription can be delivered and renewed.

Availability

We keep the service running around the clock, and no internet service is immune to maintenance or problems further upstream. A short interruption does not qualify for a refund. A failure that goes on for days does, under the refund policy.

Your connection

Picture quality depends on your broadband and your device. Around 15 Mb/s for HD and 25 Mb/s for 4K is what it takes. Problems caused by a slow or unstable line are outside what we can fix.

Content

British IPTV TV provides access to streams. None of that programming is ours: we do not make it, own it or store it. Making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live is up to you.

Ending the agreement

Stop at any time by not renewing. Break these terms and the subscription closes with no money returned. Sharing the login past your screen count, or reselling it, is the usual reason.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last edit, and a change applies from the day it is published.
