A PC is the fastest place to prove a login works before you go near the television. A keyboard beats a remote for typing a password, and if the list loads here it will load anywhere.

Download the player

Drop us a message on WhatsApp and we will help you choose a Windows player and get it installed. Say it is for a PC and we will sort it with you.

Add a user

  1. 1.Open the player and find the option to add an account or a playlist.
  2. 2.If your order gave a server address, username and password, use the Xtream Codes option and type all three.
  3. 3.If it gave an M3U or M3U8 link instead, use the playlist option and paste the link.
  4. 4.Confirm and wait a few seconds for the channel list to appear.
Worth knowing. Not certain which of the two your order contains? Send it over on WhatsApp and we will check, and issue the other form if the player you chose needs it.

Watch

Open what you just added and play a channel, then try another from a different group. Live channels with the guide, plus the films and series, are all there. If none of them play, message us before you go near the television.
